Include more page sizes in the 'Set Printer options'

There are only 10 different sizes to choose from (A3, A4, B4 (JIS), B5 (JIS), Envelope #10, Envelope Monarch, Executive, Tabloid, Legal, Letter, Instead you could include an option to set the parameters yourself such as in inches or centimeters.
